Earth911’s iRecycle app is back with a completely new version that gets back to basics: iRecycle helps you find local recycling options for more than 350 materials and keeps you tuned into Earth911’s daily sustainable living, recycling how-to, and inspirational information for green living.

Download the iPhone app.

Download the Android app.

We rebuilt iRecycle for the next generation of Earth911.com services, starting with an easy to use recycling guide that lets you quickly identify the type of material you want to recycle, find local options and drill into recycler listings to check all the materials they accept, then map a route to the location from your home, office, or current location. It’s basic, delivering everything you find on Earth911 with only a few taps of the finger.

iRecycle is available for iOS and Android, it’s free, and we hope you find it useful. In the coming months, we’ll be adding new services, but we can’t share all the details now.

If you’re an active recycler or just learning, download the iOS or Android app today and enjoy the fastest way to find what you can recycle in your community, where the local drop-offs are located, and how to get there quickly. And, of course, iRecycle still can tell you what goes into your city’s recycling program.

Download and share iRecycle. It’s a step in the right direction whenever you get someone thinking of their impact on the planet and how to reduce, reuse, and recycle effectively.
